Who Has Made ‘The Cathedral’ a Byword for Liberal Tyranny?

Time to Reject the Terminology of This Ugly Nation-Wrecking Fake.

There’s an ugly new fashion among nationalists and ‘right-wingers’ who wish to be thought ‘intellectual’ and ‘well-read’: The use of the word ‘Cathedral’ as shorthand for those who wish to curb our thoughts and limit our access to duly authorised information.

What is meant by ‘Cathedral’ when it is used in this new sense? It can be summed up as “the liberal media/political/academic/legal complex”. Now, put like that it is something of a mouthful, and not something one would wish to read, let alone type, more than once in an article about the problem. Or to hear too often in a podcast for that matter.

But we don’t need to use this term. George Orwell’s concept of ‘Minitru’ has been understood by every educated person in the English-speaking world since 1948. A.K. Chesterton popularised the word ‘Establishment’ among British nationalists in the late 1960s, and it has served us well for decades.

Americans – for whom ‘liberal’ does not also contain party political connotations – have managed for even longer with that word. Those, on both sides of the Atlantic, who understand the extent to which repressive laws, political culture and the mass media are dominated by a vested interest group deeply hostile to us and ours, are more likely to use the Z-word. Yes, ‘Zionist’, for that is the foul well from which this poison is drawn.

So we do not need to hijack the word ‘Cathedral’ and to give it a newly invented alternative meaning which has no connection with its original linguistic purpose. Rather, we should pause and think carefully about who are where this new use comes from, and what is its actual purpose. Because convenient shorthand is not what this is about.

Why would anyone who admires our culture, sympathises with our cause and who wishes us well chose to use the explicitly Christian and European word “Cathedral” to describe a censorship and control mechanism which is avowedly atheist and massively dominated by individuals whose religious heritage or political philosophy (sometimes both at once) is rabidly anti-Christian and anti-European?

You can’t defend European culture and identity by siding either with the incoming hordes, or with those who opened our gates to them and who spend their waking hours trying to undermine our resistance to our dispossession cancellation and replacement.

Cathedrals are the most glorious and evocative architectural expression of the full genius of High Europe. There is nothing which surpasses them. Hence, to besmirch the idea and mental image of the word ‘cathedral’ by associating it with liberal intolerance, repression and anti-white bias is not some accidental error, or a random use of vocabulary, it is a deliberate, cold-blooded attack on the very core of our patrimony, heritage and identity.

Where does it come from? It has been dreamt up and popularised by one individual, Curtis Yarvin. This creature used to write his pseudo-intellectual re-hashing of genuine nationalist critiques of the liberal war on our people under the pen-name Mencius Moldbug.

His chosen moniker should have been a clue to anyone with any real powers of discernment that he is actually mocking those pretentious enough to feel they have to pretend to take his stolen and mutilated ideas seriously.

Unfortunatley that includes individuals close to Donald Trump, whose support lends Yarvin a degree of specious credibility. Not quite sure why, given that these are clearly some of the most corrupt, blackmailed or stupid men on the planet.

To be fair, he’s not as bad as Nick Land, whose turgid cod-philosophy is an order of magnitude worse, but the two work as a sort of tag-team, mentally spit-roasting over-educated fools and oiling them up for full-on mental and in due course physical abuse by the likes of Peter Thiel and Elon Musk.

Lacking any real talent, nation-wreckers like Yarvin and Land make a good living by conjuring up high-falutin ‘justifications’ for Gov-Corp technocrat tyranny.

Persuading people who should know better to turn one of the crowning glories of our entire civilisation into a byword for censorship and oppression by the liberal wing of that same globalist tyranny, does mark Yarvin out as particularly devious and effective as a propagandist.

But it doesn’t mean that people who claim to be on ‘the right’, or to be traditionalists of any kind, should collaborate with him, or swallow any of his excuses for tyranny, however much they are given intellectual lables such as ‘neo-reactionary’, ‘neo-feudalist’, ‘blah, blah weasel-shit’.

“Oh, but he writes so much other good stuff, it’s just a convenient bit of shorthand, and he’s a breath of fresh air”, is the knee-jerk defence adopted by people who have fallen for this trick.

No! Yarvin is not a breath of fresh air, he’s a recycled 1960s fart from his direct neo-con predecessors. Like them, he is a nation-wrecking subversive posing as ‘right-wing’ in order to corral and exploit the natural opposition of decent people to the other wing of the Long War assault on our race specifically and indeed on Humanity in general (ask the surviving children in Gaza and the parents of those schoolgirls sacrificed in Tehran).

I will say no more, other than to urge you not to go along with this nasty and wholly unnecessary piece of intellectual poison. And to close by giving you a picture of Curtis Yarvin, just in case you still don’t understand why NO-ONE, should EVER use the word ‘Cathedral’ in the way that he and his ilk seek to popularise – and that anyone who does so must be regarded, and condemned, as one of them.
