A tweet can get a British citizen arrested and criminally charged. So far there have been 12,000 arrests annually. British authorities actively monitor social media platforms looking for white people to arrest, while blacks can say whatever they wish about white people. To arrest a black would be racist. Section 127 of the Communications Act of 2003 and the Malicious Communications Act of 1988 are used for the arrests.
