Fedgov Brazenly Violates Florida’s New Chemtrail Ban Law
…on the very first day that the geoengineering and weather modification legislation went into effect
on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.

One of the editors of State of the Nation is a prominent member of the state’s Health Freedom Movement, who happens to reside in Tallahassee, Florida, just witnessed a whole day of sky chemtrailing on Tuesday, July 1st.
We have also received many reports from across the state of Florida that the skies are being chemtrailed as usual everywhere, as we all at SOTN fully expected.
This predicament poses a HUGE problem for Gov. Ron DeSantis, as well as for the state legislature which voted overwhelmingly to ban weather modification, geoengineering technologies and chemtrail operations statewide.
This reckless and brash lawbreaking fits the pattern of the numerous Public-Private Partnerships which have emerged over the decades, which somehow empower extremely dangerous tyrants such as Bill Gates and George Soros to get away with bloody murder…committed in broad daylight.

Now this is where the Florida State Government has created — wittingly or unwitting — a major legislative problem and enforcement challenge:
The bill directs the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to establish a dedicated e-mail address and online form to allow people to report suspected geoengineering and weather modification activities. DEP must investigate reports warranting further review and must refer reports to the Department of Health or the Division of Emergency Management when appropriate.”
The preceding excerpt from the signed bill SB 56 can also be viewed below and is considered to be a very significant part of the enforcement mechanism of the new law.
In other words, the Florida government is literally encouraging folks across the Sunshine State to report any and all violations of this law; which was aggressively pushed by voters from all sides of the political spectrum. Floridians want their sunshine, and certainly not a forever generated and highly toxic chemcloud cover. They also want their clean air, not a noxious atmospheric brew of chemical and biological contaminants.
Conclusion & Action Plan
The Health Freedom Movement (HFM), in anticipation of these gross violations of Florida law, is very busy setting up what may become the largest mass protest in Florida’s history.
In point of fact, key members of Florida’s HFM were on the earliest ‘planning committee’ which saw the Canadian truckers take over Ottawa during the great “Canada convoy protest of 2022”. The original idea for that massive demonstration actually came from the Tallahassee chapter.
To the point: if the state of Florida does not enforce this law, the people will. We already know where the military chemtrail aircraft originate from throughout Florida’s airbases. We also know all the commercial airlines which have allowed their airliners to be specially retrofitted with the latest and greatest chemtrail spraying equipment. How do you spell: BOYCOTT?

Chemtrail perps: Don’t mess with the sun-loving,
sun-tanning, sun-worshipping, sun-basking people
of Florida who also demand fresh clean air.
