The One Thing Donald Trump and Stephen King Agree on: Burying the Epstein List

Something strange is going on. Donald Trump and Stephen King – two men who agree on virtually nothing – just publicly dismissed the Epstein client list in the same breath.

Why is this so unsettling? Trump and King represent vastly different political worlds. Trump is a conservative populist and King is a very prominent liberal voice. Their public personas – and politics – couldn’t be more different.

Yet somehow, both are echoing the same line: the Epstein client list doesn’t exist. It’s fiction. A myth. A fabrication.

This sort of convergence should raise eyebrows. If figures on the hard right and far left suddenly align to dismiss the same alleged evidence, maybe this isn’t just partisan noise. Maybe it’s something else entirely.

In a media landscape engineered solely for outrage and division, rare unity like this isn’t consensus, it’s camouflage. It shields something neither side wants exposed.

When political opposites don’t just agree – but unite in denial – it doesn’t read like disagreementIt reads like deflection. This raises a deeper, darker question:

What exactly are they trying to bury?

King is a liberal literary icon, Trump a conservative demagogue. Their worlds have never intersected – until now. This intersection didn’t happen because of one opposing the other, either, but because they agreed on the same thing.

What truth is so dangerous that it demands silence from both sides? If that truth ever speaks – how much of our reality unravels with it?

In a lengthy diatribe on Truth Social, Trump blasted his “past” supporters who he accused of falling for the “radical left” hoax:

Their new SCAM is what we will forever call the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax, and my PAST supporters have bought into this ‘bullshit,’ hook, line, and sinker. They haven’t learned their lesson, and probably never will, even after being conned by the Lunatic Left for 8 long years. Let these weaklings continue forward and do the Democrats work, don’t even think about talking of our incredible and unprecedented success, because I don’t want their support any more!

The two options: either there is nothing to the Epstein list or the contents therein could bring down the government.

It’s not a good look for Trump to label the client list a “hoax” when there was a massive $290 million settlement by JPMorgan to those Epstein stood accused by. Is this to say that JPMorgan was “hoaxed” out of that $290 million?

It’s not a good look for him, either, when the Epstein fund – which was set up to provide money to Epstein’s victims – doled out $125 million to over 135 people financed from Epstein’s estate. This fund was “hoaxed” as well?

When power speaks in unison, it’s rarely to clarify. It’s to conceal.

Trump and King can’t even agree on reality – yet they both call the list a fantasy.

Whatever the list holds, it has the power to unite enemies. That alone should terrify us.
