Epstein vs. Dracula

The Hidden Blueprints for a One World Pedo-Government.

Good evening everyone. Thank you for coming.

Despite what you may assume, we’re not going to talk much about Jeffrey Epstein tonight. That has been covered in depth elsewhere. And I’m hoping to move into relatively uncharted territory tonight.

So…instead we are going to talk about Icebergs. Yes, really.

More precisely, we are going to talk about the Tips of Icebergs. Those small points of information that poke out above the surface, but hint at much, much larger constructions underneath.

Tonight, I’m going to make comparisons, utilise Pattern Recognition to identify probable Networks and draw a grand historic arc that, I would argue, has been hidden in plain sight – in literature, folklore and culture.

First up, we are going to talk about this gentleman.

Few people will recognise him immediately. This is Donald Barr.

During the later stages of the Second World War, Donald Barr was a member of the OSS – the precursor of the CIA. Concrete biographical details about Donald Barr are, perhaps unsurprisingly, hard to come by. There are many rumours that he maintained close contacts with his CIA buddies in the post-war years and that he was involved in MK Ultra activities during that time. Today he is probably best remembered as the father of this man – William Barr:

Twice US Attorney General and specifically Attorney General under the first Trump administration when Jeffrey Epstein was incarcerated, and according to the official conspiracy theory, ‘killed himself.’

Donald Barr, the father, has also lately gained some small notoriety because he authored this book – ‘Space Relations’ published in 1973.

He wrote this, frankly, very odd book while he was the Principal (from 1964-1974) of The Dalton School in New York City, an elite private school that caters to the very, very highest young members of the establishment. Indeed, apparently, a copy of ‘Space Relations’ was on proud display in a glass case in the foyer of the school for many years.

Near the end of Donald Barr’s tenure as Principal (after he had written and published ‘Space Relations’) he hired this man – Jeffrey Epstein.

Epstein was 20 at the time, a college drop-out with no degree and no teaching experience who is hired to teach maths and science at one of the most exclusive schools in the US. Charisma can, obviously, get you a long way…

‘Space Relations’ – Donald Barr’s book – comes across as pulp science-fiction. a kind of ‘Space Opera’ with some very notable features.

*It largely takes place on the planet ‘Kossar’ (…that’s interesting…). Kossar functions around a slave-based economy.

*Child slavery, BDSM and sex slavery also feature prominently.

*’Kossar’ is ruled by 7 ‘noble’ or ancient blood-lines, that own everybody and everything.

*Kossar is politically unpalatable but also politically untouchable because the slaves mine a rare and vital mineral called ‘Weinsteinite’ that is unavailable elsewhere.

*The book also regularly features odd, meritless ‘poetry’ that might be coded language.

There are rumours that Donald Barr most likely was acquainted with Harvey Weinstein’s father – who was a well-known (some say notorious) jewellery-dealer in Manhattan.

Weinsteinite: the precious subterranean mineral that keeps an empire afloat. You couldn’t make it up…but Donald Barr did.

And that weird ‘poetry.’ It is all over the book. Indeed, the book ends on a strange, cut-off ‘poem.’

In cryptography, a broken sentence or paragraph may indicate the need for a cypher to unlock the code.

Oddly, for a book that wasn’t very good, coming from an ‘unknown’ author…’Space Relations’ was printed in many editions and available internationally.

Has anybody here seen or read ‘Three Days Of The Condor?” – about the CIA station that monitors literature and culture for coded messages and signals.

I’m going to suggest that there is something much deeper going on with ‘Space Relations’ – my speculation is that the book describes a network, or philosophy, of power and control. It likely contains large, coded sections and may operate as a kind of ‘user’s manual.’

I’m also going to suggest that the 20-year old Jeffrey Epstein was recruited, for reasons unknown to us, groomed to be a pivotal piece in that network. A network that already existed in 1974..and may have existed for a long time previous.

Let’s switch continents for a moment.

That sunny, dopey forgotten backwater known as Australia…may not be entirely immune to such intrigues.

Most likely, you’re not familiar with this book. ‘The Everlasting Secret Family’ written by Frank Moorhouse and published in 1980.

I’m not proposing this book as a network signal or user’s manual…in fact, I’m suggesting this book as an alarm.

Frank Moorhouse was a well-known Australian author, deeply connected into the highest political circles. Written as ‘fiction’ – ‘The Everlasting Secret Family’ paints the disturbing picture of an elite network of multi-generational political power that flourishes, in secret, through the grooming of children at private schools into the corridors of power through ritual abuse, psychological control, blackmail and sex trafficking.

It is an open secret in Australian literature circles that the book is inspired by the life of Australian Prime Minister William McMahon.

The title, ‘The Everlasting Secret Family’ tells you out front, that this network and mode of power control, is not new…and indeed may have existed for a long, long time.

Strangely, there is a 1988 Australian film of ‘The Everlasting Secret Family’ too – surely it was never designed to set the box-office alight – the film moves with an odd, distant pseudo-documentary pace and, unsurprisingly, excludes some of the darker elements from the book.

If you know Frank Moorhouse’s biography, it seems unlikely that he was celebrating or advertising this network…rather he was warning, in fiction, about something that deeply disturbed him.

Let’s change continents, and decades, again.

This creature…is Marc Dutroux.

Most likely you’ve never heard of him.

But in 1996, I was living in Belgium and he was the only thing everybody was talking about.

What we know about Dutroux’s crimes is truly revolting – beyond belief really – and I do not intend to describe them in detail here. Suffice to say they involve young children, rape, torture and murder.

Again, what we are aware of is probably just the tip of the iceberg. The superficial details that escaped into the public domain despite the best efforts of the media.

My friends and hundreds of thousands of incensed Belgians took to the streets to demand the removal of the entire government – a government that had been connected to the crimes intimately via Prime Ministers, Police Commissioners and Supreme Court judges. The government remained, but the only judge who appeared to take the case seriously…was removed.

Here is a brief summary of the Dutroux network (1986-1996):

*In 1992, Dutroux, a known pedophile with prior convictions for rape and abuse, was released early from a 13-year sentence (serving only about 3 years) despite warnings from others (including his own mother) about the danger he posed. Post-release, he continued operations involving kidnapping, imprisonment, rape, torture, and murder of young girls, often with accomplices including his wife Michelle Martin and associate Bernard Weinstein.

*In 1996, after girls went missing, police searches of Dutroux’s properties were shockingly inadequate (e.g., failing to find hidden basement dungeons where victims were held, despite hearing voices or other clues in some accounts). Two girls starved to death in a basement while Dutroux was briefly in custody for another matter. Bodies of other victims were later found buried on his properties.

*Dutroux was not a lone actor. He had significant unexplained wealth and resources (up to 10 houses, etc. etc.) despite being ostensibly unemployed. Key figure Michel Nihoul (a businessman with high-level connections) was linked to organizing ‘parties’ involving powerful people, with elements of blackmail via secret filming. Witnesses described sadistic abuse, torture, and murders at these events.

*Several victims/witnesses (notably Regina Louf/’X1’) came forward describing a broader ring involving parents/grandparents pimping children, high-level politicians, judges, bankers, and others. Accounts included extreme sadism, child prostitution, blackmail, and murders. Police initially verified elements (e.g., matching an unsolved murder), but testimonies were later discredited, with witnesses labeled ‘mad.’

*Investigating Judge Jean-Marc Connerotte (seen as effective and sympathetic) was removed on technical grounds, sparking massive public outrage.

*Police and judicial officials were reassigned or hindered; key evidence (e.g., thousands of hairs from the dungeon) delayed or mishandled; autopsies and DNA reportedly botched or lost.

*Resignations of top police and government officials followed public pressure, but deeper accountability was avoided. A parliamentary inquiry was allegedly muzzled.

*Witnesses named PM Paul Vanden Boeynants as a participant in sadistic abuse parties/orgies involving minors, sometimes at locations like the ASCO factory (linked to associates of VDB) or other elite venues. Testimonies described group abuse, filming for blackmail, and extreme acts. Other names (e.g., Baron Benoît de Bonvoisin, politicians, judges) frequently appeared alongside him.

*Dutroux himself claimed he was a low-level operative in a larger ring protected by influential people; he pointed to Nihoul as the link to higher-ups.

*Early release of Dutroux in 1992 (after serving ~3 years of a longer sentence) was approved under Justice Minister Melchior Wathelet. Some pointed to this to as a sign of high network protection.

Indeed, kingpin Michel Nihoul when interviewed in Der Spiegel magazine (October 2001) openly boasted:

“Everyone has a compromising dossier on everyone else, to be used as leverage when appropriate.”

“I control the government.”

Pattern Recognition.

The Dutroux Network is, in some respects, so similar to the Epstein network, that I suggest we are not witnessing separate phenomena. Instead, we are just seeing different tips of the same Iceberg underneath.

There are, in fact, too many other examples to go into detail:

*The so-called ‘Franklin Scandal’ in the US, that at points was alleged to implicate Presidents Ronald Reagan and George Bush Sr.

*In Australia, in the early-2000s, South Australian parliamentary speaker-of-the-house Peter Lewis alleged that he had information indicating a high-level ring of child abuse, murder and blackmail involving state premiers, ministers, judges and police. He was pilloried in the media as a ‘lunatic’, forced out of politics in disgrace and his two informants were murdered.

*In Portugal, the ‘Casa Pia’ Orphanage case involved ritual abuse and bankers, politicians and celebrities numbering into the hundreds.

*In Britain, Jimmy Savile conducted a network of abuse over decades while connected to royalty, politicians and celebrities.

The ‘Everlasting Secret Family.’

Now, let’s travel back over a century. 1897 in fact.

‘Dracula.’

Iconic. Legendary. A pillar of Western culture.

But, according to the man on the left – Dacre Stoker great grand-nephew of the original author, Bram Stoker, the man on the right…

Did you know?…that according to Stoker family lore and documents seen by Dacre Stoker, when Bram Stoker first submitted ‘Dracula’ to his publisher, it was rejected by editor Otto Kyllmann (that’s an interesting name) because he thought it too long and because Bram insisted that it was based on real events.

In the wake of the ‘Jack the Ripper’ murders, Kyllmann felt that the book, if released in its original form, would endanger ‘public disorder’ and create riots.

So, Bram Stoker was persuaded to censor his book, to make it ‘suitable’ for publication.

Indeed, his original manuscript:

*Was twice as long as the final published version.

*In it, Count Dracula leads a secret international cabal that works toward a ‘New World Order’ through hypnosis, ‘vampirism’ and sexual/political blackmail.

*The cabal practises secret rituals, sex trafficking and child sacrifice.

*The cabal masks itself and operates through the aristocracy, political establishment and international banking institutions.

*The cabal has directly infected the British aristocracy, politics, banking and power through London in the 1880s.

In 2018, Dacre Stoker, published these assertions in, of all places, Time Magazine.

He pointed to the introduction of the Icelandic edition of ‘Dracula’ where Bram Stoker argued:

“I am quite convinced that there is no doubt whatever that the events here described really took place, however unbelievable and incomprehensible they might appear at first sight. And I am further convinced that they must always remain to some extent incomprehensible.”

As per the Time article: “He went on to claim that many of the characters in his novel were real people: “All the people who have willingly – or unwillingly – played a part in this remarkable story are known generally and well respected. Both Jonathan Harker and his wife (who is a woman of character) and Dr. Seward are my friends and have been so for many years, and I have never doubted that they were telling the truth…”

“Bram Stoker did not intend for Dracula to serve as fiction, but as a warning of a very real evil, a childhood nightmare all too real.”

In a rural Pennsylvanian barn in the early 1980s, a pre-publication manuscript of ‘Dracula’ was discovered. It was bought be Paul Allen, co-founder (with Bill Gates) of MicroSoft.

Today, that manuscript resides in an undisclosed location as part of the Paul Allen estate.

Dacre Stoker petitioned to see the manuscript. He was allowed, under guard in a secret location, after signing an NDA that he would not disclose precise details, take photos or notes.

In 2014, a Dutch scholar noticed that the obscure Icelandic ‘translation’ of Dracula (from 1901) did, in fact, have an entirely different plot and characters. Then, a few years later, it was further revealed that the Swedish version of Dracula (‘Mörkrets makter’) was twice as long and involved an international cabal seeking a New World Order through hypnotism, mind control, blackmail and ‘vampirism!’

Dacre Stoker, and many others, presume that the Swedish version of Dracula is a translation and adaption of an original uncensored draft of Dracula, stealthily published in Sweden with Stoker’s involvement.

Bram Stoker worked on Dracula for at least seven years, possibly producing multiple drafts and versions. During that time he was also the manager of Henry Irving, the most famous actor alive, and Stoker regularly mixed in elite circles with the cream of royalty, business and society. He was uniquely positioned to gather research for, what he insisted, were the real events portrayed in Dracula.

Indeed, we know now that unique events portrayed in Dracula are verifiable based on true incidents.

Stoker, researching in Whitby in 1890, drew on the real 1885 wreck of a Russian ship called the Dmitri at Whitby – a ship that arrived crewless in a storm under circumstances that were, at the time, genuinely mysterious and widely reported. He changed the name to The Demeter for the novel but based the entire episode on the real vessel. There is even an extant photo of the mysterious, crashed Dmitri:

More tips of that leviathan and ‘Everlasting’ Iceberg:

*At his supposed ‘death’ Jeffrey Epstein was worth almost 600 million USD…his bank records would be readily available to law enforcement yet nobody seems the slightest bit interested in how the college drop-our accumulated this vast fortune.

*In one significant email released, Epstein boasted that he ‘represented the Rothschilds.’ Yet, mainstream media and law enforcement fall over themselves to look the other way.

*In another released message disgraced comedian Woody Allen even compared Epstein’s grand New York home to Castle Dracula.

Did, almost 130 years ago, Bram Stoker try to warn the public about a subterranean network that engaged in sex trafficking, murder, cannibalism – and planned to institute a New World Order – only to be thwarted by his publishers who deeply censored his book, Dracula..?
