The Result of School Integration is That We Now Grade for ‘Equity’
There is no hope that American children will ever again receive an education. To be a school teacher today you have to have been an education major in collage and received various certificates. The educational departments are essentially anti-white ideological propaganda societies. The goal is not to teach but to reconstitute society in a DEI manner.
In my day the math teacher did not have an educational degree. She had a math degree. The English teacher had a degree in English. The History teacher a degree in history. The chemistry teacher’s degree was in chemistry. They taught because they loved their subject and tried to pass their appreciation on to us. Teachers like I had no longer exist.
Before education was corrupted by liberal theory and practice, business enterprises sometimes offered prizes for accomplishments. When my mother was a young woman, she saw in the Atlanta newspapers a notice that Rich’s, the large downtown department store, a wonderful store of the kind that no longer exists, offering even 18th century English antique furniture, was offering a Silver Cup as the prize for the best English essay to be written at Rich’s the next Saturday morning. As my mother had nothing else to do, she went and won the prize.
I still remember the large silver trophy–it would have held a pint of champagne–on its ebony stand. I have always wondered what became of it.
Today if such prizes still existed, they would have to be awarded not on merit, which would be racist, but on Diversity, Equity, and inclusion.
