Union Jackboot: Britain’s Flag-Wars Continue Flying Full-Mast

If Hollywood was making a WWII film in your neighborhood, set in Nazi Germany, what kind of props do you think they would need to put up around the place to make it actually resemble the Third Reich? That’s correct, Nazi-related ones. Waltham Forest Council in London did not appear to realize this simple and obvious fact, however, and last summer withdrew prior implied permission for the new Nicholas Cage spy drama Fortitude to film at its Town Hall, which was deemed to possess the correct Albert Speer-esque period architectural style, once they discovered this would involve draping the place with swastika flags.
The reasoning for this pitiful decision has just been revealed. Fortitude’s filming schedule occurred right in the middle of something called “Operation Raise the Colors” (ORC), a nationwide British campaign of mainly white and working-class citizens raising Union Jacks and Crosses of St George upon lampposts to signal public opposition to mass immigration. As Waltham Forest is a highly “diverse” area of the country (it’s in London, after all), paranoid councilors deemed the “high level of sensitivity to far right iconography” amongst flag-averse black and Muslim residents had forced its hand. If dim-witted local non-white voters woke up one morning to find all the Union Jacks had suddenly been replaced with fluttering Nazi swastikas, politicians feared they would conclude there had been a fascist revolution after all, just like the Left had been warning was the not-so-secret intent of Operation Raise the Colors.
Hence, those who rule Waltham Forest appear to feel swastika flags, and age-old national English and British ones, are expressions of exactly the same ideology. For Leftists, nationalism is now automatically equated with Nazism—unless said nationalism is being expressed on behalf of non-white people living in Britain, in which case it is suddenly perfectly admirable.
Raising the White Flag
Londonistan is currently run overall by a brown Pakistani-heritage Muslim mayor, Sadiq Khan, who also doesn’t seem to like Operation Raise the Colors much, as we can tell from his taxpayer-funded New Year’s Eve fireworks display in the capital. This seemed to criticize ORC directly, by virtue of projecting illuminated flags of the world onto the giant London Eye Ferris Wheel, a display which was supposed to “send out a message of unity for 2026”—a message of unity for all the foreigners against the normal white British people whose country they were maliciously occupying.
The show was accompanied by a patronizing, Khan-backed voice-over, which saw fit to educate the retarded, flag-raising masses outside London about what being “English” now truly meant—i.e., not being English at all. As the voice-over gloated:
Here’s what England means to me—the real England. . . England, to me, is Caribbean barbers with the sharpest trim. It’s Christian neighbors saying “Happy Hanukkah, mate,” and Muslim mums saying “Merry Christmas, love.” And you think you’re seeing flags now? Wait until the World Cup’s on. Then you’ll know about flags, my son. Because this is what England means to me. It’s about loving each other no matter what color you are, where you’re from, or who your God is. Because this is England. This is the United Kingdom.
“Wait until the [soccer] World Cup’s on” later this summer in North America, the voice-over warned. “Then you’ll know about flags, my son.” Yes, because then Ghana flags, Iran flags, Egypt flags, and more will all be flying from balconies and car-windows in our captured cities, as a visible reminder that these people are NOT in any sense truly English, but spiteful colonialist occupiers—and the colonized white people will be expected to publicly celebrate it, possibly upon threat of legal action.
In 2023, a white man was arrested by London’s Metropolitan Police after posting a short clip online of an East London neighborhood filled with Palestinian flags, together with the disapproving commentary “Look at this crap here; you let them into the country, and the shit they come up with!” For this, he was charged with something called a “racially aggravated Section 5 public order offense”—or a Truth-Crime, for short. He’d better keep his mouth shut in Khan’s London come the next World Cup, then.
You can see this exact same sporting phenomenon promised by Khan currently playing out across France, in relation to the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations soccer tournament, too. The most common passport of convenience for players at the contest is actually French, with flag-waving Algerians and Moroccans rioting, firing mortars at cops, and dominating public spaces in cities like Paris and Marseille in precisely the same way that, if it was coming from white French people, would have non-white, non-French, people claiming their banner was just a symbol of Vichy-worshipping revanchism.
Orc Objects to ORC
And yet, over in New Year’s Eve London, the biggest flag-related controversy of the night for many media outlets was not about the denigration of the English flag at all, but of the Israeli one. When it was projected onto the London Eye, it looked as if its Star of David was missing, something Jewish groups took to indicate a pro-Palestine Muslim mayor symbolically erasing the Jewish race from the river to the sea. Actually, it was just an optical illusion related to the poor visibility of the colors white and blue in the lighting arrangements, but to be fair, you can see why the Jews leapt to this erroneous conclusion.
After all, during a previous wave of ORC flag-raising, Asrar Rashid, an imam from the Muslim-dominated Midlands city of Birmingham, came up with a solution for making England’s Cross of St George flag less offensive to towelheads—remove the crusader cross (or “crucifix”, as he had it) from the thing entirely. The combined Christian crosses of St Andrew, St Patrick, and St George would also be removed from the Union Jack. This would leave the UK’s two core national banners as, quite literally, blank white flags of national surrender to Islam instead. Although, to enable people to tell them apart, Rashid did generously allow for the possibility of writing “ENGLAND” across one, and “UNITED KINGDOM” across the other.
National surrender in such matters would not be possible without elite white collusion, however. Observe an ongoing internal row at the British Museum about a suggested “Red, White and Blue”-themed fundraising ball to be held there, which was decried by Leftist staff as being “in poor taste” due to “the current far-Right flag campaigns around the country.” This was despite the twin facts that the flag-related colors were meant to mark the shared bonds between Britain and France, echoing Paris’ Tricolor as well as the Union Jack, and the British Museum’s previous ball having a pink-themed dress-code intended to celebrate one of the national colors of India.
Post-National Health Service
An excellent illustration of the double-standards (literally, given that a “standard” is also a flag raised in battle) at play can be seen in Britain’s National Health Service (NHS), where various chief executives met to condemn Operation Raise the Colors for creating an unwelcoming environment of supposed “no-go zones” for NHS staff engaged in home-visits across the country. Emotive phrases like “feeling deliberately intimidated,” “an area that’s designed to exclude them,” and “a growing cesspool of racism” were bandied about by mainly white NHS managers, even though there was no evidence of nurses or doctors being barred access to any streets or houses anywhere in the UK at all.
Compare this to official NHS propaganda-photo material from the Muslim-colonized English city of Bradford, where the hospital now proudly and permanently displays no fewer than 75 national flags of its “richly diverse” staff at the entrance (together with a big gay rainbow) for all to see.
As a vulnerable, oppressed white Englishman, I feel highly intimidated by such a sight—take them all down now! Whenever Muslim NHS staff are disciplined for displaying Palestinian flags in their pot-plants due to the reasonable possibility it might intimidate white or Jewish patients, sympathetic allies support them in employment tribunals. But they wouldn’t extend the same courtesy to nurses planting England flags in their offices, I’d wager.
Union Lumber-Jack
One vindictive colonizer who particularly dislikes ORC is black, far-Left Labour MP Clive Lewis, who has described his concerns thus: “Far-Right groups are using these flags to mark territory and intimidate the vast majority who reject their extreme views.” Isn’t that exactly what non-whites and Muslims are doing with their own flags in white people’s rightful homelands today too? And what’s wrong with English people marking out England as being their territory, anyway? It is their territory!
Left-wing hatred of native flag-wavers is not just racially motivated, but also class-based. One dismissive native phrase for patriots is “flag-shagger,” or “flag-f—er” in US English. Witness the gleeful reaction of Britain’s online Left to the death of Paul Lumber, a 60-year-old white English working-class former soccer hooligan turned house-painter (Adolf Hitler once being a painter too, suspiciously enough!), who fell off a ladder whilst trying to raise a Union Jack on a lamppost before Christmas. Here are some typically #BeKind sample posts about this alleged “Reform retard”:
The basic idea of such critics is that those primitive (white) proles who still salute rather than slur their national ensigns like Mr. Lumber are some aberrant species of moral perverts—maybe even quite literally. I have something of an obsession with a class of comical nutters called “objectum sexuals” (see my pieces here, here, and here), those strange individuals who engage in romantic relations with inanimate objects, like pencil-sharpeners or toothbrushes. One particular sub-set are termed the “flaggies,” and they really do like to engage in acts of full-on flag-shagging in a physical sense: according to one flaggy’s testimony, flirtatious fabrics like the US Stars and Stripes “are very funny and childish. They set out to make me laugh—and they do it with ease!”
Yet some Left-wing academics disagree that flag-shagging is any true laughing matter at all. According to US Gender Studies academic Jennifer Terry, writing in her bizarre 2010 paper “Loving Objects,” flaggies are just a further sub-set of objectums who engage in a form of niche relations dubbed “monument sexuality,” denoting people who fall in love with large public embodiments or symbols of their own nation, like the Eiffel Tower, Berlin Wall, or Big Ben.
According to Terry, in the usual course of things, a brainwashed normal citizen is hoodwinked by far-Right ethno-capitalist false consciousness into funneling their artificially inculcated love of their home nation into the love of their chosen human spouse, settling down into a monogamous, child-bearing marriage with an individual of the opposite sex to compliantly sire future tax-payers and soldiers for the imaginary nation-state that needs them—the nation-state thus being such babies’ true parent, not their biological ones. However, with objectum adherents of monument sexuality, this passion of “libidinal reverence” becomes deviantly diverted into sexual affection for prominent non-human symbols of the nation-state instead, like the Cenotaph or Marble Arch. . . or, with flaggies, the Cross of St George or Union Jack, maybe.
This, Terry censoriously says, is a form of “perverse nationalism”—the only type of love for inanimate objects she deems, throughout an otherwise sympathetic study of such oddities, to be perverse at all, rather than enlightening, diverse, or queerly empowering. The reason for this single exception from sycophantic politico-academic sexual praise is obvious: for our current governing class, patriotism has now been comprehensively redefined as being a form of innate perversion in and of itself.
The irony is, of course, that today’s Left are flag-shaggers par excellence themselves, too: just so long it’s the right kind of flag, like a gay, trans, BLM, or EU one. If Hollywood ever contacts the Waltham Forest Council and asks them to fly hammer and sickles flags all over their town hall, I bet they would have no discernible objection.
